I'm on the telly tonight!

“Look Mum, I’m on national TV!”

Well, my painting is anyway...

I’m very excited because one of my paintings is going to have it’s 15 seconds of fame. If you have ever watched the popular BBC TV programme DIY SOS, you will be familiar with the format. A team of builders and a leading interior designer make-over a room or house for a family in need. Flamboyant interior designer, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen contacted me because he was keen to use a print of one of my paintings (Blue Orchid) in his most recent make-over. It was for such a good cause, that I felt that I could go one better and donated the actual original artwork to the show. Tune in tonight (10th June), at 8pm on BBC1 to get a glimpse of my painting in Lawrence's made-over room. Don't blink, you'll miss it.
